Heavy Concrete Anchors
1.Mechanical Under‑cut Anchoring, Ultra‑high Load‑bearing Capacity
Forms a positive mechanical‑lock with concrete, far stronger than standard expansion anchors, excellent tension & shear resistance for heavy‑duty fixing.
2.Anti‑vibration & Earthquake‑resistant Performance
Full‑metal construction, suitable for dynamic, vibrating and shock‑loaded installations.
3.Instant Load‑bearing After Installation, No Curing Time Needed
Ready‑to‑use immediately after tightening. No waiting time for chemical glue curing,
4.saves construction time & labour cost.
Long‑term Anti‑aging & Corrosion‑protection
5.Hot‑dip galvanized finish, no risk of adhesive degradation. Stable service life for many years.
6.Removable Anchor for Easy Maintenance & Re‑location
Can be disassembled conveniently, ideal for equipment relocation, inspection and renovation projects.
7.Flexible Installation, Reduced Edge‑distance Requirement
Works perfectly on solid concrete C25‑C50, allows installation closer to concrete edges.
I.Basic Attributes
Material: High-quality carbon steel, hot-dip galvanized/electro-galvanized for corrosion protection, common strength grade 8.8, high tensile strength, and excellent fatigue resistance.
Working Principle: A rear-expanding mechanical locking anchor. When the nut is tightened, the upper expansion plate opens and mechanically engages with the concrete borehole sidewall, unlike ordinary frictional expansion.
Applicable Substrates: C25-C50 concrete, cement walls; not suitable for hollow brick or aerated concrete block walls.
II.Core Mechanical Properties
High Load-Bearing Capacity: Possesses extremely high tensile and shear bearing capacity; the load is borne by the mechanical locking key, making slippage difficult.
Seismic and Impact Resistance: Can withstand vibration, repeated loads, and impact loads, suitable for dynamic equipment fixing, meeting seismic performance standards.
Fire Resistance: The metal substrate is resistant to high temperatures, with no risk of chemical aging, and its fire resistance stability is superior to chemical anchors.
Edge Distance and Spacing Advantages: Compared to ordinary expansion bolts, it can be installed closer to the edge of concrete components.
III. Product Advantages and Performance
✅ No Chemical Curing Waiting Time: Immediately applies force after installation, unlike chemical anchors which require adhesive to solidify, resulting in high construction efficiency.
✅ Removable: Anchors can be removed for later equipment maintenance and relocation.
✅ Aging Resistance: All-metal structure eliminates the risk of expired chemicals or adhesive cracking, ensuring a long service life.
✅ Controllable Installation: Torque tightening installation provides intuitive control over construction quality and facilitates later inspection.
✅ Corrosion and Rust Resistance: Galvanized coating suitable for indoor and dry outdoor environments; stainless steel version available for highly corrosive conditions.
Applicable Scenarios
Heavy-duty engineering projects including heavy equipment anchoring, steel structure columns, crash barriers, large shelving, elevator rails, pipe supports, crane cantilever, curtain wall keel, machine tool equipment fixing, etc.
